Building on years of prototyping and rigorous testing, the Suspended Ultra achieves unparalleled rigidity and inertness without compromising its open, pillar-less design. The shelves are crafted from our proprietary multilayer recipe, now upgraded with carbon fiber CLD (constrained layer damping) top and bottom plates for exceptional strength and resonance suppression. The top shelves rest on horizontal ceramic ball decouplers, further isolating vibrations for pristine sound clarity. Leveraging A.I. generative design and modal analysis, the upper section boasts an optimized shape with an ultra-low resonance point, rigorously validated using a modal impact hammer and 3-axis accelerometer system.
The upper section is engineered for ultimate energy control, connecting to the main structural beams via 15 stainless steel/ceramic ball coupling elements. Lateral stability is enhanced with precision titanium Ti4 spikes, minimizing contact and maximizing isolation. Encased in a 50mm x 61mm solid wood frame, this rigid, inert unit channels energy downward, making it the ideal platform for sensitive equipment like turntables, tube gear, and CD players/transports.
The lower section takes dampening to the next level. Composed of multiple-density materials pressed together and framed in thick solid wood, it absorbs and dissipates energy with even greater efficiency than its predecessor. The bottom shelf features an advanced dampening system, with independent, non-removable shelves resting on stainless steel ceramic ball decouplers for superior isolation.
Available in Wenge, American Walnut, Bubinga, Zebrano and Purple Heart solid wood finishes, the Suspended Ultra Series sits on your choice of ceramic bead elements or 50mm diameter stainless steel spikes.
